Job Description: | Responsible for answering customer service chats and abide by the prescribed norms Maintains high levels of domain expertise, soft-skills, and writing skills Awareness on key metrics and targets Consistently deliver quality customer support Education Graduation (10+2+3) (course completion certificate mandatory; 2009 graduates to produce a certificate from the respective college to this effect) Those pursuing graduation, Must have done any diploma course or any hardware/software course (CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, SQL/ASP etc ) but NOT C/C++/MS Office, OR Must have worked in a hardware/OS/Network support/ teaching field for more than 6 months Requirements Willingness to work US shifts (night shifts) and 3 months contract Must possess average written and verbal communications skills. Should have a good working knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and networks. Strongly skilled at diagnosing and identifying defects /issues. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change. Keyboarding Skill (WPM 30) Accuracy (85) Interested candidates can walk-in to Sutherland office at MG Road, between 9AM-5PM, Monday Friday with all the relevant certificates and documents.
